Madrid, 19th December 2022.- After signing the sale and purchase agreement last May, MEDVIDA last week received the final regulatory approvals for its acquisition of CNP Partners.
The transaction marks an important milestone for MEDVIDA in its long-term strategy to grow and consolidate life insurance operations in Europe.
Antonio Trueba, CEO of MEDVIDA, commented: “We have been preparing an innovative project for the company, in Spain and Italy, which we would develop together with the company’s current employees, distributors and collaborators”.
MEDVIDA affirms its commitment to the development of the company’s activity. It would invest substantial resources in the short term with the aim of modernizing IT and increasing the efficiency of operations and servicing of the company.
